Objectives:
1. To develop human resource or capital this is the main driving force of Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited.
2. To achieve professional excellence of the employees or agents of the company.
3. To improve employee’s capability and performance.
4. To ensure higher productivity, quality improvement and strive to establish and build an effective management team.
5. To improve efficiency, team morale, human relations and ethical business of the organization.
Targets:
1. Increasing turnover, fostering growth, enhancing job satisfaction & employee’s motivation.
2. Addressing organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats and suggest measurers for continuous professional development.
3. Employees be updated, enhanced skills and advanced methods. They will use what they learn to further there business goals and objectives.
4. Approximate 3000 desk & development employees of the company be trained in a year at least in 50 training programs.
Action Plans:
1. Prepare the training need assessment (TNA) & developing curriculum on regular basis.
2. To prepare annual training plan, budget & it’s implementation.
3. Preparing panels of best available resource person within and outside the organization.
4. Prepare and submit training evaluation report to related department, higher management and the regulatory authority.
5. Obtain regular feed-back from the concerned departments.
6. To arrange training program from reputed training institute in home & abroad.
