| 2. | Addressing organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats and suggest measurers for continuous professional development. |
| 3. | Employees be updated, enhanced skills and advanced methods. They will use what they learn to further there business goals and objectives. |
| 4. | Approximate 3000 desk & development employees of the company be trained in a year at least in 50 training programs. |

| 1. | Prepare the training need assessment (TNA) & developing curriculum on regular basis. |
| 2. | To prepare annual training plan, budget & it’s implementation. |
| 3. | Preparing panels of best available resource person within and outside the organization. |
| 4. | Prepare and submit training evaluation report to related department, higher management and the regulatory authority. |
| 5. | Obtain regular feed-back from the concerned departments. |
| 6. | To arrange training program from reputed training institute in home & abroad. |
